With our induction program, store visits and ongoing training you'll see just

Product and Procedure Training
To start with you'll receive two weeks of induction training. You'll learn
about our full range of business and consumer products and the procedures and
protocols that will help you align your franchise to our overall business plan
and vision.
Induction Training at Head Office
Induction training is followed by a one week comprehensive business training
module at our head office in Melbourne.
During your week at Head
Office, you'll spend time with existing franchisees. That means you’ll
experience the business firsthand, before you start your own franchise.
Ongoing Training
After you complete the initial training, our head office business units will
continue to provide you with ongoing training assessments and programs. Our
staff will also visit your store on a regular basis to assist with not only day
to day management of your business, but also strategic planning for the future
to get the most out of your business.
