Quinovic Property Management started in 1988 and was first franchised in 1991, and provides superior, worry free specialist residential property management too many absentee home owners and property investors. The Quinovic group is now New Zealand's largest provider of specialist residential property management. Property management is Quinovic's core, and only, business. The potential to grow is enormous as more and more property owners move to having their property professionally managed. Quinovic's long term strategy is to have total NZ wide coverage and 50 franchises by the end of 2011.
This business presents franchisees with the opportunity not only to create a wonderful cash flow business, but also an ever-increasing capital value asset. In 2007, the BNZ rated the Quinovic business model one of the highest they had assessed, which was based on past success and the substantial support provided to the franchisees to start-up and build their businesses.
Quinovic assists with the preparation of a business plan and financial forecast, and also with any presentation required to a bank for any finance required. Several major high street banks are very willing to finance new Quinovic franchises, and have developed very competitive finance packages specifically tailored to the Quinovic business model.
Skills & Training
The franchise includes rights to use a highly developed, sophisticated computerised property management internet based software package. Quinovic franchisees gain the benefits by being part of a larger group in terms of market awareness, branding, product, service standards, credibility and overall quality control and professional presentation. Sales and marketing plans are prepared with assistance of the franchisor, initial start-up and comprehensive systems and business development support is given in the first 6 months, plus all offices receive ongoing "help-desk" support from head office.
As a general rule, it takes at least two people to start a Quinovic franchise, requiring one to concentrate on the running the business and learning the systems, and the other devoted to the business development, which includes marketing and gaining new business. When looking at the existing Quinovic franchises, the majority of them have started up as a husband and wife team, which has been their key to success.

Opportunities are available nationwide, but current and immediate opportunities exist at Whangarei, Takapuna, Howick/Pakaranga, South Auckland/Pukekohe, Rotorura, Palmerston North, Wellington, Christchurch, Queenstown and Dunedin.
